How To Fix A Sony Tv That Says No Signal

	My Bravia KDL-46S5100 works fine with PC via HDMI, except one annoying problem: if I switch input and then switch it back, it shows "no signal". Obviously PC reboot helps, but this is not a satisfactory solution. Since I have remote control UltraVNC, I was able to do another test. While TV showed "no signal", I connected to PC from another one, and temporarily changed the screen resolution. Because of that, I guess, the graphics card sent some shake-up to the Bravia and the picture was back. Now the questions are: 1. Can this be fixed? If solution exists, it probably involves graphics card settings. 2. If it cannot be fixed, then there should be some workaround. For example, figure out a Windows shell command that will do the "shake-up", then program some hot key to invoke the script. Any ideas? Was this answer helpful? Yes \| No
